Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by participant

A registration may be cancelled with a full refund within 7 days of payment, provided the admit card has not been issued. After admit-card issuance, the registration fee is non-refundable.

Failed or duplicate payments

Amounts deducted for failed transactions, or duplicate payments for the same student, are refunded in full to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after verification.

Cancellation by NTSX

If the examination is cancelled by the organisation, the full registration fee is refunded. If the examination is rescheduled, the registration remains valid for the new date.

How to request a refund

Write to info@ntsx.in with the Registration ID, registered mobile number and payment reference. Refund status can be tracked on the Check Registration Status page.
