Terms & Conditions

By registering for NTSX, the student, parent, school or coordinator agrees to the following terms.

Registration

Registration is confirmed only after successful payment verification. Each student may register once per examination cycle; duplicate registrations are rejected.

Examination

Examination dates, centres and formats are communicated through admit cards and official notices. NTSX reserves the right to modify schedules with reasonable notice.

Certificates & awards

Certificates and awards are issued based on verified performance. Any misrepresentation may lead to cancellation of registration and awards.

Acceptable use

Users must provide accurate information. Misuse of the platform, including fraudulent payments or forged documents, will result in disqualification and possible legal action.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts where NTSX – NextGen Talent and Scholastic Examination is registered.
